APPLICATION for TRIZ CERTIFICATION TEST

Candidate should provide with application:

• Copies of any documents showing attendance at TRIZ trainin
• Copies of any TRIZ related papers or projects
• Any letters of recommendation
• Two (2) forms of photo ID (Driver’s license, passport, etc) Proper ID will also be required when checking into the testing site.

An application for a TRIZ Practitioner Certification test should be submitted no later than four weeks prior to the test.

An application for a TRIZ Specialist Certification test should be submitted no later than two months prior to the test.
