Terms of service
Shipping Policy:
The customer is allowed to chose whichever shipping method best meets their requirements. Currently, the only shipping provider offered is the United States Postal Service. In the event you do not receive your item in a timely fashion, or to discuss additional shipping options, please contact the Altshuller Institute.
Return Policy:
The Altshuller Institute will only accept returns that are postmarked for return ten days after the item is initially shipped. The customer is responsible for any return shipping charges. Refunds are subject to a 25% restocking charge and will only be given for items returned in sellable condition.
