TRIZ Translation and Publication Program
The Institute has access to an abundance of Russian TRIZ material. We do not have the staff to translate this material into English and publish the information. We have a great website and E-Newsletter that could be used to disseminate this archival material that may or may not be commercially viable but would be valuable to TRIZ Practitioners and Specialists. Nothing can be done in this area until stable funding is established and a technical translator can be hired. These materials are particularly valuable because they are mostly written by Genrikh Altshuller, the father of TRIZ, or his students.
GOAL: A minimum of $75,000/ year for 5 years is needed to translate this backlog of material. Your generous of $50 or more will be of great assistance.
If you would like to help fund the translation and publication of TRIZ matericals, click here to Donate. Your donation would be recognized on our website.
Outreach Program: Middle and High Schools - STEM Initiative
Various TRIZ providers have delivered introductory TRIZ training in middle & high schools in order to support national STEM initiatives. Teaching TRIZ in schools is much different from training engineers. In order to introduce TRIZ to middle and high schools in a systematic process, it will take time and money. Schools do not have the funding to bring in an instructor to introduce TRIZ to their classroom. They will however let TRIZ trainers volunteer their time and resources to provide Summer Programs to train teachers in the TRIZ methodology, opening new opportunities for creativity and innovation.
Training the younger generation in TRIZ is essential because they are the lifeblood of TRIZ's future. Furthermore, companies will be far more willing to adopt the TRIZ methodology if their employees come pre-trained, rather than needing to spend resources to train their employees. Schools are also the easiest way to reach a large audience and effectually grow the TRIZ community.
GOAL: A $500,000 endowment would insure that TRIZ training is being delivered annually in secondary schools across the nation. Your generous support of $50 or more would be a great start.

The Institute would like to be able to promote TRIZ in middle and high school programs in support of STEM education by participate in science fairs and to give away scholarships to students who exhibit innovation and creativity in the development of their science projects. These scholarships would be used by students to offset the high cost of college tuition.
$500 scholarships may be given to local and regional winners,
$1,000 scholarships for statewide competitions,
$5,000 for regional competions and
$10,000 scholarships for national competions. These are regions where TRIZ experts reside and can actively participate in the judging of regional and state competitions. Nothing can be done in this area until suitable funding is established.
GOAL: A minimum of $100,000 per year is needed to provide scholarship money for the regions/states of New England, Michigan, California, Florida and Washington to begin with. Your generous support of $100 or more would be a great start.
If you or your company would like to help fund these scholarships and be recognized for your community spirit, click here to Donate.

General Support for the Altshuller Institute
As you know it cost a lot of money to staff and maintain an international organization. Program development, building fund, IT support, advertising and promotion are only a few of the many expenses that need to paid each year or we severely limit our capacity to grow and deliver viable programs that are needed for world growth and development. Donations in to this program will be used to provide general support to AI for overhead, rent, utilities, wages and equipment.
