Dear TRIZ Colleagues and WTSP Members, 6 June,  2021,

  Toru Nakagawa (OGU, WTSP Project Leader)

Hello, How are you, your family, and people in your country?

I have updated "TRIZ Home Page in Japan" last night:

     http://www.osaka-gu.ac.jp/php/nakagawa/TRIZ/eTRIZ/

[1] Internet Surveys of TRIZ OR "Systematic Innovation" sites in individual countries have been posted for 9 countries in total.

      UK (39 sites),    Italy (50)                May 8

      Germany (68),     France (55)               May 15

      Poland  (50),     Australia (23)            May 23

      Netherlands (33), Finland (21), Korea (72)  Jun. 5

    The uploaded survey results are much better than the information which TRIZ users can normally obtain ,

    YET much poorer than the information they really want.

    We wish you and your colleagues work together for building your County Part of World WTSP Catalogs in every country.

 [2]  WTSP Paper (in Japanese):

    Websites of Wide Range of Methodologies for Creative Problem Solving:  Development of World Catalogs of Them

      (WTSP Project) (Toru Nakagawa, Darrell Mann, Michael Orloff, Simon Dewulf, Simon Litvin, Valeri Souchkov)

(May 31, 2021)

    This paper reports on the 'World TRIZ-related Sites Project (WTSP)', describing its activities, results, and further directions systematically. ...

    Table of contents:

    1. Introduction: Aims of the WTSP project;

    2. Construction and results of Japan WTSP Catalog;

    3. Construction and results of the World WTSP Catalogs;

    4. Practical Guide for preparing manuscripts of World Catalogs;

    5. Concluding: Evaluation, Difficulties and Future Work

    ------

    This paper is an enhanced version of the Proceedings paper presented at the Conference of Japan Creativity Society

    (Nov.1, 2020), and was submitted to the Journal of JCS on Dec. 21, 2020.

    However, JCS rejected this paper for publication, with reviewers' comments concluding "not an academic paper to

    be published in JJCS".

    The processes and my Claims/Answers are recorded (in Japanese) in the PS of Editor's Note (TN) and in the subsidiary page .

    We have decided to publicize the present paper in "TRIZ Home Page in Japan", in its original form submitted on Feb. 9, 2021.

    --------

IOC and Japanese Government are going to open the  Tokyo Olympic & Paralympic Games in the Corvid-19

   Pandemic in the world and in Japan.

Almost all specialists in medicine and nearly 80 % of citizens in Japan, including myself, disagree the

   opening of them in the present pandemic situations.

   Neither IOC nor Japanese Government shows their evaluation what would happen during and after

   the event and their responsibility for them.

   Commercialism of IOC and poor decision making by Japanese Government would cause much negative

    effects on the health and economic situations in Japan and in the world,

   I am afraid much.

Best wishes,

Toru

Dear TRIZ Colleagues and WTSP Members, 26 May,  2021,

Dear TRIZ Colleagues and WTSP Members

         May 25, 2021  Toru Nakagawa (OGU, WTSP Project Leader)

Internet Surveys of TRIZ OR "Systematic Innovation" sites in individual countries have been posted for 4 more countries

   on May 15 and May 23.  "TRIZ Home Page in Japan"

     http://www.osaka-gu.ac.jp/php/nakagawa/TRIZ/eTRIZ/

      Germany    (68 sites)

      France     (55 sites)

      Poland     (50 sites)

      Australia  (23 Sites)

---------------------------------------

   I have met many interesting and useful Web sites for the first time in these surveys.

   But these internet surveys are rough and noisy, and many more important and useful sites are missing, I think.

   The sites listed (and added) here need to be evaluated even tentatively and introduced briefly at first to

   make a draft of Country WTSP Catalogs (or Country Part of the World WTSP Catalogs).

   Such work can best be done by voluntary collaboration in the TRIZ community in each country.

   Many users in each country and in the world would be guided smoothly to good and useful information on TRIZ

   and further developed methodologies through such WTSP Catalogs.

   We sincerely wish your cooperation.

   In parallel to the team work for building Country WTSP Catalogs, individual site owners are invited to

   write close introduction of his/her own  Web site in our Standard Form (1 page in A4) and optionally

   further in free format (2-5 pages or more).

   Such manuscripts will be accepted by the Project Leader and posted quickly in our WTSP platform.

 Let's work Together ! Connected !!

Sincerely,

Toru
